We can also send the boarding contract ahead of time to give you the opportunity to look it over if you would like; but you are not required to print and return ahead of time. We know you are traveling and will be happy to provide a printed copy to be signed upon arrival!

-- We do not have a circle drive, so you must be comfortable doing a 3 point turn with your trailer to get out.
-- No smoking anywhere on the property and no pets inside the apartment.
-- Pasture boarded horses share part of a fenceline with the resident horses, so they must be polite/herd-friendly!
-- Check in is between 2p-10p and we request that you keep us updated with your ETA so that we can plan our day around meeting you at the farm for check in! There is an additional $50 charge for arrivals between 10p-12a.
-- Sorry, no stallions, including colts 6 months or older!
